The Liuwen section is the cross-river section of the Changsha Metro Line 6 project connecting both sides of the Xiangjiang River. The wind shaft is set on the southwest side of the intersection of Tongzipo Road and Xiaoxiang Middle Road. The total length of the left line of the mud-water shield section is 1889.75 meters, and the total length of the right line is 1912.86 meters. rice. After starting from the wind shaft, the shield machine needs to cross the Xiangjiang River flood control embankment and Fujiazhou berm, cross faults and fault-affected zones, cross medium and slightly weathered slate over long distances, cross and under the planned Xiangjiang Road cross-river tunnel, and the Xiangjiang River Crossing Tunnel. Residential buildings on the north and south sides of Yalu and the tunnels of existing Metro Line 1 have complex geological conditions, high safety risks, and high construction difficulties.
After receiving the production task of 2 sets of steel sleeves for this project, our company actively organized the technical department, production department, purchasing department, quality inspection department and other relevant departments to carefully design, overall plan, and comprehensively organize to overcome the short production cycle and production tasks. Despite serious difficulties, the production task of this batch of steel sleeves was completed within 30 days. After testing, all data met the design requirements, the quality reached the design standards, and it successfully passed the factory acceptance.
